Our swim and tennis community of nearly 500 homes is located in a highly desirable area of South Forsyth County Georgia. Forsyth County is the jewel of Georgia. William Dossie Buice and his family were one of the first to purchase and settle on the 410 acre farm tract known as, “Three Chimneys Farm”. After his purchase, Buice selected a large rolling hill to build his farm home featuring an expansive covered front porch and three chimneys. The legacy of the large farmhouse on the scenic hill endures throughout our community in two attributes; porches and chimneys. The three original and restored chimneys from the Buice farmhouse remain on the picturesque hill and are the focal point when entering the community. Three Chimneys Farm is known for its family atmosphere and embodies our history and the wonderful place we all live within our slice of North Georgia.
